Haisa has over 16 years’ experience as a tax advisor, starting her career in a tax-related position of the Republic’s Comptroller; in “big-four” audit firms, and as a senior associate of a leading mutinational legal firm.
Haisa’s experience includes numerous domestic and cross-border corporate re-organizations; designing and assessing estate planning structures, as well as representing domestic and multinational corporations in VAT, income tax and municipal tax re-assessments, both in the administrative and judicial stages, including negotiating settlements with the competent authorities. Haisa also has extensive experience in advising and representing clients in customs matters, and has assisted in several successful requests for temporary admissions (ATPAs).
